SENIOR ACCESS OFFERS COMMUNITY-BASED SUPPORT FOR OLDER ADULTS AND THEIR FAMILIES SPEICALIZING IN HELPING THOSE WITH MEMORY LOSS

Senior Access, the only licensed Adult Day Service agency in Marin County, California, has been providing Adult Day Services to frail elderly and seniors with chronic illnesses and/or memory loss since 1973.

Senior Access is committed to assuring that Marin County seniors are able to remain safely in their homes and their communities for as long as possible.

OUR MISSION

To provide programs and services that enhance the quality of life and independence of older adults.

WHAT WE DO

Senior Access offers structured and creative day programs Monday through Friday in a safe and caring environment that maintains the health of our participants and enhances their independence.

THE SENIOR ACCESS DIFFERENCE

Designed to be an alternative to nursing homes and a complement to in-home care, family caregiving, and assisted living care, Senior Access offers a unique and cost effective care option that enables aging adults to remain in their homes and their communities. Attendance at a Senior Access program can prevent isolation and provide important social contact for people of similar ages and life experiences.

OUR STAFF

Senior Access centers are licensed and staffed with certified program directors, activity directors, and program assistants who are specially trained to work with people with memory loss, dementia, or chronic illnesses.

INDIVIDUALIZED ASSESSMENT AND CARE PLANS

Each participant is thoroughly assessed prior to entering our programs and an activity care plan is developed. We take the time to know each participant as a unique person and tailor the program to meet his or her personal needs.

Contact Senior Access at 415-491-2500, Ext. 13 for information about our programs and services or email info@senioraccess.org.

ALIVE! ART AND ALZHEIMER'S
