Senior Access Centers

Our day health care centers are designed to provide seniors and adults experiencing frail health, chronic illness or Alzheimer's Disease a variety of choices for activities and support to ensure continued independent living. Our Centers are designed to provide an environment where each person is able to continue his or her interests and lifestyle while receiving needed health care support. Our Adult Day Health Care Programs are licensed by the California Department of Health, License #070000502. Our Adult Day Care Programs are licensed by the California Department of Social Services, License #216800290. Our Alzheimer’s Center is monitored by the State Department of Aging and the Marin County Division of Aging.

Services available to you:

• Open five days a week
• A hot noon meal daily, with coffee and snacks in the morning
• Transportation to and from the centers each day
• Flexible days of attendance that meet individual needs
• Care plans tailored to meet each individual's health needs
• Adult education classes
• Fun and therapeutic activities throughout the day
• Nursing services by our Registered Nurse
• Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapist services
• Social Worker services
• Assistance with community resources provided by our social services advisor
• A ratio of one staff member to 6 members
• Consulting support from a Psychiatrist, Podiatrist, Pharmacist, Dietitian and other health professionals
• A caring staff averaging more than seven years with Senior Access
