Senior
Access provides a range of respite services through our Family Caregiver
Support Program. If you are a relative or caregiver of an elder, you
may qualify for daytime or short-term respite care at reduced cost.
Let us help take care of your family member so you can take care of
you.
We
offer the following services:

Reduced
fee grants for daytime respite care.
Family caregivers of elders who need financial assistance can apply
for reduced fee grant.*

Respite
Specifically designed for the needs of those with dementia or Alzheimer’s
Disease.

Caregiver
Support Group
Senior Access provides an ongoing informal support group for spouses,
adult children, family members, and others who are caregivers for
seniors or adults experiencing special care needs. The support group
is free and meets every 4th Friday of the month from 11:00 a.m. to
12:30 p.m. at the Lucas Valley Community Church, 2000 Las Gallinas Avenue in San Rafael..

Extended hours for working caregivers
We offer extended hours of care in our centers for working caregivers
who need a longer day for their family member.
